Our professional engagement terms, payment milestones, and conditions of service

These Terms of Service govern all professional engagements between UR Architecture & Planners (“the Firm”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual or organisation (“the Client”, “you”) who engages our services or accesses our website. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
Section 01
By engaging the services of UR Architecture & Planners, contacting us through our website, or proceeding with any project brief, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from engaging our services.
Section 02
UR Architecture & Planners provides the following professional services:
The specific scope of work for each project will be formally defined and agreed upon in a written project brief or engagement letter prior to commencement.
Section 03
All payments are accepted via bank transfer, digital wallets, or direct office deposit. No cash payments are accepted without prior written approval. Our standard milestone payment schedule is as follows:

| Milestone 3 | Upon Client approval of 3D Architectural Visualizations & Elevations | 30% of remaining balance |
| Final Payment | Upon completion & delivery of final working drawings or submission package | Remaining balance (cleared in full) |
All milestone payments must be cleared before the Firm proceeds to the next project phase. Delays in payment may result in corresponding delays in project delivery.
Section 04
In the event of mid-project cancellation by the Client, the Client remains legally liable to settle all payments for any additional milestones, deliverables, or revisions completed up to and including the date of formal written cancellation notice.
The Firm reserves the right to withhold delivery of all final project files and drawings until outstanding balances are settled in full.
Section 05
A reasonable number of design revisions are included within the agreed project scope. The Firm reserves the right to charge additional fees for revisions that:

Section 06
UR Architecture & Planners retains full, exclusive legal ownership and intellectual copyright of all conceptual designs, 3D visualizations, architectural blueprints, structural layout drawings, and all other creative work produced during the project.
The Client is granted a non-transferable, single-use licence to utilize these designs solely for construction on the specific property or plot designated and agreed upon at the outset of the project.
Section 07
The Firm prepares all submission drawings in strict accordance with the applicable bylaws of relevant regulatory authorities, including but not limited to CDA, RDA, PHATA, and local municipal committees.
However, the final decision regarding approval, the timeline for processing, and any fees charged by these government authorities are entirely outside the Firm’s control. The Firm cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes. The Firm’s obligation is to prepare technically compliant and complete submission documentation.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including:
The Firm is not liable for errors in designs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Section 09
The Firm’s total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project. The Firm is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

The Firm reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
