2018: Foundation of the Atelier
Setting roots in Garden Town Lahore.
UR-Architecture was founded by Usman Rashid with a single mission: to bridge the gap between creative architectural design and rigorous engineering calculations. In our first year, we completed five luxury residential plans in Sector F-7 and E-11, securing first-time approvals from the Capital Development Authority (CDA).

2020: PEC Seismic Engineering Vetting
Pioneering dynamic structural analysis for local developments.
As Islamabad and Rawalpindi expand rapidly, seismic security became our primary focus. We upgraded our design workflow, adopting advanced finite-element calculation software (ETABS & SAP2000). Every drawing now includes deep stability vetting, complying with the strict Zone 2B/3 seismic codes of Northern Pakistan.

2022: Expanding to the UK Diaspora
Deploying cloud design reviews for overseas residential projects.
We recognized the challenges faced by overseas Pakistanis trying to construct luxury villas back home. We introduced our UK Diaspora Remote Workspace, establishing dedicated UK consulting lines and secure client cloud portals. This allowed overseas investors in London, Manchester, and Surrey to inspect structural milestones remotely.
- Set up remote BIM coordination workflows.
- Completed the structural stability calculations for Richmond Villa, UK.
2024: Township Master Planning NOCs
Designing the 500-Kanal Green Valley housing scheme.
We expanded our capabilities into large-scale urban infrastructure. We designed overall land-use networks, gravity-fed sewerage paths, and landscape parks for a majorRawalpindi society project. The society secured its layout NOC from RDA on first vetting, confirming our mastery of large-scale infrastructure bylaws.
- Completed the site layout and utility networks for Green Valley.

2026: 2.5 Million Sq. Ft. of Designed Space

Today, UR-Architecture is recognized as a leader in premium architecture. Having designed over 2.5 million square feet of residential, commercial, and township space, we continue to push boundaries. We integrate state-of-the-art 3D CGI and dynamic seismic modeling to ensure every project is engineered to perfection.
